Skye Pools

Absolute Crap Show – My nan paid $50,000 for a pool that’s not level and has taken months of personal labour to make the pool look half decent. We had our tiler point out issues with the concrete slab that was poured & they had to do extra work to lay the tiles 1. Was installed by someone that we later found out had no qualifications to do so and an apprentice. 2.… Read more
Pipes leaked (eventually got fixed after we insisted that there was a leak) 3. Would come and work for half an hour and would then leave for days. 4. Couldn’t install a rail because they had already concreted and the rail needed to be earthed. The “qualified” person had to be told this information over the phone from someone else. 5. Never received “silver service” pool cleaning/maintenance that is included in the cost of the pool. 6. Concrete that they poured wasn’t straight and made getting tiles placed a nightmare.

leaving their customers with unfinished and extremely substandard pools that have cost a life changing amount of money. I'm an amputee and my pool was supposed to be for low impact exercise for my recovery. I'm left like many other people who have dealt with this company, totally heart broken regards Silver Mitchell
