Great thongs. They mould to your feet and offer great support. I have had mine for three years now and they are as good as new having been worn heaps. Just about to buy a second pair to leave in my caravan.
I'm actually going to wear them out before they break. they have done a lot of tough miles. I wear them everyday. the arched support really helps my plana facititis. Bright colour schemes are great. Show details
Last few pairs of Slappa's were fantastic. Had a great feel for my feet with the arches, they lasted a long time, did a lot of KM's & the soul/grip lasted a long time. However, the new pair I have bought to replace the last worn out pair are disappointing. There is a very noticeable drop in quality. The first thing I noticed was a line going… Read more
through the things like they were made from a different mould from the first few pairs. The second thing is that they do not feel as comfortable & have been getting a sore spot between the 1st & 2nd toe which I never used to get before. The 3rd thing is that they stick to smooth surfaces like suction caps & make a stupid noise which never used to happen before either. I used to recommend these to people but now something has changed & they are not as good unfortunately.
I bought a pair very comfortable, my heal was aching from wearing archies thongs too soft for my feet, I love my slaps thongs.. Show details
Not worth the money – I found the thongs very hard to mould to my feet and the straps were very tight where they gave me blisters. Leaflet arrived with the thongs to wear them in the shower. Tried that and it didn't work. Won't purchase this brand again.
Don't deliver on the promise – Sizing: he sizing measurement chart is inaccurate. Recommend going 1 size up. Comfort: Not comfortable. Edges are hard and sharp between toes. Poor manufacturing: Ordered 2 pairs of the same size. One pair fit, the other didn't. Show details
Uncomfortable, poorly cushioned, cheaply made – I bought a pair locally with the intention of getting a few more pairs. However, they are so uncomfortable. Chafing, poorly cushioned heel areas, poorly cast thongs, far too stiff and narrow fronts. They would have cost a few dollars to make and priced at over $40. Total waste of money. Show details
Very supportive – When I first tried my Slappa thongs on, I had sore heels and couldn't wear them. Since my heel pain has eased, I now enjoy wearing these supportive thongs. I can walk around in them all day, but if I wear another brand, my feet ache, and I literally want to get off my feet. I'm now looking forward to buying a new pair. Show details
I've been wearing them for years – I have purchased 5 or 6 pairs over about a 10 year period. Now I buy two pairs at once. One pair for inside, one pair for outside. I wear the outside ones to death in the garden, then relegate the inside ones to outside and buy a new pair for inside. Love them. Very comfy and were perfect when I had plantar fasciatis, which is how I got into them in the first place. Show details
Very disappointed – I am so upset that Slappa thongs had no customer service when I reported what my doctor called allergic contact Dermatitis reaction to wearing there thongs for one day. I sent photos and had a conversation with [name removed] the owner with no avail. Just told me to wear socks once I heal from the painful blisters and that it happened to her before. Very disappointed. Show details
