look odd in my pillow case, however besides being a little higher than my normal pillow i couldn't tell that it was a different shape.

I also purchased a second low profile pillow for my partner, I picked this size as he is shorter and sleeps on his back, he is also very happy with his pillow. I tried out his pillow lying on my back and it fit the groove in the back of my neck nicely.
