Excellent Service – We recently had issues with our 12 month old SleepMaker Clio mattress which is the equivalent of the Milano, just the old model. We called them regarding the issue and completed some basic documentation and they picked up the mattress and provided a new loan one. After 2 weeks we received our mattress back and it seemed fine. months it developed the same issues as before, there obviously must have been a manufacturing fault. We contacted SleepMaker again and forwarded new pics and told them the issues. After a few days they offered to provide us with a new mattress and asked us to trial a demo at David Jones.

We now await our new Milano mattress as ours is no longer made. The service we received through the whole process has been fantastic and without complaint, why can't other companies look after their customers like SleepMaker has us.

As good as always – Received the beds and mattress after two months expecting! The beds are with floating legs and Luxury Milano mattress is 40cm thick, so my new bed becomes taller than the previous one, I’ll get used to this new feeling, aaaaand I may need some new fitting sheets. Show details ·  1

Not for a Princess – After twenty years our old mattress had to go, and after very helpful advice at David Jones we chose the Milano Medium. Delivery was prompt and very courteous. The mattress has proven to be very supportive and comfortable. So much deeper than our old mattress, we are sure no princess could feel a pea placed under it.
