different mattress which never has this problem. We always have the air conditioning on at 19 degrees so the room feels cold at night.

It was a very expensive bed and I am disappointed with the quality of sleep. My wife finds it comfortable but we are now looking for a new mattress and will not buy Sleepyhead Sanctuary again.

Too Hot – There was no option above for Corfu so had to select Cannes…Lovely and soft to sleep on but wake up burning hot where my body connects with the mattress, so I end up sleeping on the edge of the bed and now have moved into the spare bed where I have no problems. We brought the bed because it said it regulated and even cooled hot sleepers…this is not true! My husband finds it fine though and loves the bed. Date of purchase and price are approximate.

Comfy with issues – Over all its a very comfortable bed, however the dipping where you sleep and the big hump in the middle doesn't help my back pain and I found turning the mattress every week helped or sleeping across the bed the wrong way was far more comfortable!! Maybe this one is just faulty??

Bed is hot – Mattress is comfortable BUT on the other hand its so hot. My last mattress we never had this. back.- Its been months since purchase now and still hate our bed. Its hot even on cool nights. Sleepyhead have offered no remedy. Please dont buy anything in this range. Also dont believe the claims of kulkote cooling technology. We use tencel mattress protector and bamboo sheets. Believe everyone on this review of this range of bed. Most ppl saying too hot then it is too hot. We are out of a lot of money now and have to buy a new bed. Dont know if id trust memory foam again after this but could just be sleepyhead as have seen good reviews of other memory foam beds but this bed is not it

Terrible sagging bed, NOT SUPPORTIVE!! – This bed is not supportive, if you have back issues it makes it worse I am unable to sleep at night. Within a few months of purchase the bed sags & dips and your back is left unsupported. I complained they took the bed away and it said it is normal body contouring and they allow for 3cm of sagging. uncomfortable... then you put a light cotton sheet back over top as its winter and really cold air, only to wake up again sweating hot with just a cotton sheet. I dont understand it. How can we rectify this. please

Worst bed we have ever slept on we wake up with sore backs – The bed dips like sleeping in a trench. They have tried sorting out three time. But has not improved. Have asked for someone to come out to have a look as then they would understand. Quite agree with the other complaints  Show details

Sleepyhead beds are the worst – Worst mattress I have ever slept in. After traveling a lot of world I come home to buy a new bed and my partner and I would wake up practically like cripples our back was so sore. The bed dipped in the middle so we were lying uneven but you only notice it after a few hours of being in bed. Sleepyhead have refused to find fault but clearly they are a cheaply made bed not fit for purpose. I would stay clear of this brand. Show details

Waste of a lot of money – Both my husband and I have had back backs and necks since purchasing this bed. Even though we rotate it regularly, it develops a ridge line in the middle and you feel like you are sleeping in a gully. I highly recommend buying something to support your back and neck, I have just spent hundreds on the osteo trying to get my neck, back to normal. Show details

sleeping on fire. What a waste of money as this was not a cheap mattress by any means. I have read so many other complaints about these expensive mattresses and feel like so many people are being ripped off. As a comparison we can both shift to a spare bed with cheap old mattresses on and sleep better, also when we holiday elsewhere we are fine so it isn’t just us. Do not purchase unless you love feeling hot at night.

This is pure quality – Mattress is amazing in the sleepyhead Sanctuary Cannes range not sure why all the crap reviews on the cheaper ones but best nights sleep ever. Great support does take a bit to break in but worth it in the end  Show details

Sleepyhead tell us that a 35mm dip (or 'Body Contour') is acceptable. I'm unable to find any medical literature stating that this is acceptable, ideal or recommended for good healthy sleep, and good body posture, so unsure where this acceptability was created from.

I would seriously suggest anyone really carefully looks around before buying one of these.

Hot even in winter – The mattress was comfortable but generated excessive heat under your body. Needed to move every hour to keep cool. A sheet or blanket in winter generated even more heat . Very comfortable but heat issues – The Sleepyhead Sanctuary Hera has so far proven to be a very comfortable bed. However the products that all manufacturers are adding to the memory foam layer (in this case “fusion graphene”) to try to manage the heat issues seems to be ineffective in my experience. the rest of me is comfortable/cool. Means a lot of flip flopping. I am a hot sleeper. I don’t think they’ve gotten this technology working effectively yet. But aside from this issue, the bed is very very comfortable, just the right amount of softness and support. No issues with mattress depressions or contouring yet. Currently selling at $6500 for king size mattress and base.

Scared to go to bed – Most uncomfortabe bed. Sagged a lot in the middle. Roll together. Edges moved inside. Both Sleepyhead and retailer don't want to listen anything. I won't recommend to anyone. Total waste of money.

This is the worst mattress we have ever owned – This is a memory foam mattress. You sink into it and therefore it is nearly impossible to turn over (like sleeping in a hollow). We have been complaining to Sleepyhead about the problem for a year since we bought it, but they tell us that it needs rotating every month, but this makes absolutely no difference. We paid over $4000 for this mattress.
