Worst Mattress Ever!! – WORST MATTRESSS EVER !! I hate complaining but Got old mattress replaced in Auckland New Zealand with this one. Don’t buy it!! Sent it back in February, they found a fault, so changed mattress from a plush to a medium feel…have had nothing but problems with this mattress since I got it. Now it Feels like there is a hump in the middle and you tilting to the sides a bit. Very hot to sleep on and a medium is very soft. Complained, got told that mattress was inspected and they found no fault, must be body contouring…only had mattress back for 2 weeks from factory…yet mattress is doing this, if body contouring is so bad after two weeks of having it, what will it be like in 6months, a year etc… Checked base, base solid not bending or bowing when lying on mattress. Bedroom has concrete floors so not because of room . Totally dissatisfied and unhappy total waste of money!! It is causing back pain and neck pain. I am unable to get a good nights rest as a result of being on an angle, overheating, mattress uneven and soft. I don’t have money to buy a new mattress, and this one is awful!! I would have rather kept my old mattress, at least I wasn’t tilting to the side trying to sleep. I have had Landlord, kids and a friend tried mattress and they agree it’s tilting, so can’t be my imagination. I could cry honestly as our original mattress wasn’t cheap.
