tilting to the sides a bit. Very hot to sleep on and a medium is very soft. Complained, got told that mattress was inspected and they found no fault, must be body contouring…only had mattress back for 2 weeks from factory…yet mattress is doing this, if body contouring is so bad after two weeks of having it, what will it be like in 6months, a year etc… Checked base, base solid not bending or bowing when lying on mattress. Bedroom has concrete floors so not because of room . Totally dissatisfied and unhappy total waste of money!! It is causing back pain and neck pain. I am unable to get a good nights rest as a result of being on an angle, overheating, mattress uneven and soft. I don’t have money to buy a new mattress, and this one is awful!! I would have rather kept my old mattress, at least I wasn’t tilting to the side trying to sleep. I have had Landlord, kids and a friend tried mattress and they agree it’s tilting, so can’t be my imagination. I could cry honestly as our original mattress wasn’t cheap.

Don't buy it, reviews say it all! – We were initially impressed and liked the feel but that soon changed. start with despite regular rotation. I have never in my life experienced such a terrible mattress. If it's like this now, what will it be like in 2 years, 5 years or even 9 years of the so called 10 year warranty. If you read the warranty fine print that the sales pitch sold you on, it's worth nothing. They have a clause saying the mattress naturally contours to your body.... or fair wear and tear, that's just a loophole to get out of their obligations. My last mattress was over 10yrs old and didn't sag as bad as this at 10mths!! We even had to buy a thick mattress topper to help 6mths after purchase to try to help. Will pop it in the hands of Dept of fair trading.... supposed to be a 5.5K mattress!! Thank goodness it was on sale or I'd be even angrier than I am now. Submitted pics but looks so much worse when you lay on it. Looks like this has been an ongoing issue with this company and people need to fight to get any satisfaction. Only good reviews seem to be new buyers or someone who likes the coddle feeling of the sag. Oh dear for the rest of us

comfort that this mattress promotes! The only issue I have with it is that’s it’s a little firm for me at the moment but we were reassured that it should soften up with a bit of time. The display one we tried had a bit more give than our new one (as it’s been used more). With lower back and hip issues, our previous mattress would have me feeling stiff, sore and unsupported. Now, after sleeping on our new mattress, I wake feeling a little stiff, BUT my body feels so much more supported and the stiffness completely settles after I’ve moved around a bit. So I hope with a little time - my body adjusting and the mattress softening - this will be the best mattress we’ve ever had! And hopefully we’ll get the best sleep we’ve ever had!
Mattress is very supportive and extremely comfortable – Mattress is extremely supportive and comfortable. Since owning the mattress our sleep has improved and we are no longer waking up uncomfortable. Mattress is great quality and mattress has maintained its shape and softness. Show details

back pain. I put a claim in with our local Beds R Us store, took the photos sent them away got email back saying there has to be more than 35 mm of sagging before they will look at it. Our Chiropractor can not believe that a new mattress can have that much sagging. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, DO NOT BUY

within our family home over the past 40 years, all cared for and NEVER had one split and I have NEVER purchased a mattress this expensive, so cost does not mean quality!! This company will not help in anyway if there is a problem - I don't know why they would honestly give a warranty. Disgraceful, disappointed and just a waste of money. Great start but then issues! – Update 3. New warranty request in progress. Update 2. DO NOT PURCHASE We have a brand new mattress (the replacement supplied) and it's softer than the original model we bought and already sagging at the side and in middle. and improves their product. Update. We successfully had our mattress replaced under warranty. Allow at least 4 weeks. They provide a much lower quality mattress as an interim - suggest buying a topper if needed. If returning, make sure it is absolutely stain free or they will return at your cost.
I wouldn't say it was straight forward and the process could definitely be improved. From an environmental perspective, providing a new interim matress is not great. Why not have the local store inspect and make a recommendation for decision. Then replace. I did have to follow-up a couple of times to check the status of the return.
Replaced with the current model. Hopefully issues not repeated. ......... Loved it for the first 12 months, then the sagging began and has since gotten progressively worse. The whole matress has become soft and sags at the sides.
The stitching has also failed on multiple corners - have never had this issue with other top brand mattresses with pillowtops.
Lodged our warranty claim and will update on outcome.
As noted by other reviews, serious sagging despite regular rotation. Would think twice before purchasing as appears to be an issue.

Fantastic until… – Loved it for the first 6 months, then the sagging began and has since gotten progressively worse and worse. Lodging our warrantee claim tomorrow as soon as we can find the receipt. Extreme sagging after 6 months – We are so disappointed with this mattress. After only 6 months of use we have large indentations with a large ridge between us and on the edges. kind of relief. I just cannot believe that a company that has put all their heart and soul into sleep would be happy that their product does this. I have never had a mattress that has sagged so the technology is out there. It’s bizarre. Don’t waste your money in this mattress.
Medium bed - Supportive and firm – Took us a long time to adjust to this bed. It is firmer than we hoped and hasnt softened up as much as we hoped. We find its pretty firm even after adding a wool underlay. It does absolutely limit partner movement etc which is aweome as we dont wake each other. Uncomfortable – I recently (1 week) purchased this mattress. It is uncomfortable to sleep on so much so I wake during the night with either hip or shoulder pain ( I am a side sleeper) I contacted bed's r us to advise them of the problems I'm having. Sinking mattresses that don't go the distance – I had sagging issues with the Swisstek brand of mattresses in the past and have had them fixed - new springs, foam box and comfort layers but then had the whole mattress replaced TWICE. This Medium support sinks around 6 inches when you lay on it. When I recently contacted Sleepyhead again I just got a standard "this is normal wear and tear and settling". Mattresses don't collapse when they settle. Never a refund offered and we should have had one two mattresses ago.

Only been a couple of weeks but so far so good! – Purchased medium mattress in January and can't fault it so far. Very comfortable and supportive and have slept well since transitioning from our 15 year old mattress to this new cloud! BedsRus blamed our bases despite the Manager of BedsRuS pushing with her two hands & saying the slats and the bed were fine, on delivery. Bought another slat bed for the new mattress, which only made it worse. Do not buy. I am appalled that this matress is a grab for cash! Clearly, it has a design fault or not suitable for people who weigh over 65Kgs. Once they have your money, that’s it, ie. care factor, ZerO.
Would not recommend. Horrible – Purchased January 2021 for over $3000. Mattress already has indent that causes it to be very uncomfortable. It is genuinely terrible. Have tried rotating it several times already. Very disappointing considering this is supposed to be a premium mattress. Show details
