Slick Stick

Slick stick - Terrible product. Half empty and ripped off – Terrible misconduct by a brand that sells a 250ml bottle of Shampoo & Conditioner for $25 each and only to fill half way!! Slick Stick Hair co have disappointedly not delivered the advertised product and undertake deceptive means to fool consumers. $50 for this product was spent and half the product received. I did reach out to them to advise of the error and they admitted that they only fill the bottle 50% of the way.

Faulty product – In late January, I bought a Slick Hair Wax stick, but after only a few uses, I discovered that the 'push up' feature is not functioning properly, rendering the product unusable. are unable to provide me with a replacement product. I find this response disappointing, especially considering that I have a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Furthermore, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service representative I corresponded with. Their handling of the situation was less than satisfactory, and I believe that a more professional and customer-oriented approach should have been taken. The customer service rep who responded to my email didn't even read my emails correctly, asking me for an order number as she couldn't find my email address in their system. I quite clearly stated in my email that I purchased it from Coles. Then I sent a copy of my receipt. The latest email said "I recommend reaching out to your seller directly to resolve this issue. If you don't have a receipt they may accept a bank transaction'. This was after I included picture of my receipt from Coles. Goes to show not only do they not care about their customer service but that they pay no attention to detail. This is very disappointing for a small business who's reputation is on the line. Next step: consumer affairs.
