Slick stick - Terrible product. Half empty and ripped off – Terrible misconduct by a brand that sells a 250ml bottle of Shampoo & Conditioner for $25 each and only to fill half way!! Slick Stick Hair co have disappointedly not delivered the advertised product and undertake deceptive means to fool consumers. $50 for this product was spent and half the product received. I did reach out to them to advise of the error and they admitted that they only fill the bottle 50% of the way.

Faulty product – In late January, I bought a Slick Hair Wax stick, but after only a few uses, I discovered that the 'push up' feature is not functioning properly, rendering the product unusable. I promptly contacted the Slick Hair Company to report the faulty product. However, I was informed that since I did not purchase the item directly from their website, they… Read more

are unable to provide me with a replacement product. I find this response disappointing, especially considering that I have a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Furthermore, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service representative I corresponded with. Their handling of the situation was less than satisfactory, and I believe that a more professional and customer-oriented approach should have been taken. The customer service rep who responded to my email didn't even read my emails correctly, asking me for an order number as she couldn't find my email address in their system. I quite clearly stated in my email that I purchased it from Coles. Then I sent a copy of my receipt. The latest email said "I recommend reaching out to your seller directly to resolve this issue. If you don't have a receipt they may accept a bank transaction'. This was after I included picture of my receipt from Coles. Goes to show not only do they not care about their customer service but that they pay no attention to detail. This is very disappointing for a small business who's reputation is on the line. Next step: consumer affairs.

Not as great as I expected from reviews – The product is sticky and shiny and doesn’t hold my cowlicks or at least not for very long. I would also say it contains phthalates and synthetic fragrance (which are known hormone disrupters) given how the smell and how it sticks to hair unlike naturally scented products. The brush also pulls little bits of hair out so doesn’t end up as a neat… Read more

hairstyle anyway. I will use it sparingly when I absolutely need to but not something I would recommend and I wish I didn’t buy multiple sticks. A lot of slick advertising! (pardon the pun).

Ordered item early September 2020 & still not received (14/10/2020). Owner couldn’t care less – I ordered Slick Stick Hair Wand in early Sep-20, paid express post and it’s 14/10/20. I contacted owner numerous times and she blamed Aust Post. I was later advised the delay was from the company. I contacted her and she replied eventually asking me to contact Aust Post. No care from company, but are happy to take your money. I will never purchase… Read more

and have found another company who provide better service, cheaper price of only $20 & ingredients are far superior. I should’ve read reviews on owner prior to purchasing....
