Slime Tire Sealant

the innertube repair kit is a joke – I cant explain my dislike enough in 30 words. The slime innertube repair kit is a waste of time and money. I have been a top rated mechanic for 35 years. I followed the directions very close. the patch was a complete waste of my time. The child safe glue they use is a joke, do not buy this product

Great fix. Got me home – I got a puncture on my bicycle with large beach tyres, put the slime in, pumped up the tyre and it got me home. It's been a week since that happened and t he tyre is still inflated.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could – Had a small hole in car tyre and having run out of usual repair plugs, went to auto-store to buy replacements. They didn't have any and so I looked for an alternative. Having read the claims on the Slime Tire Sealant bottle paid my $30 to buy it. Went home, followed instructions exactly. Green goop just dribbles out, kind of went tacky but did not seal hole or dry hard. Continues to dribble out until all the pressure had escaped from the tire (tyre) again. So...... go to the dealer to get new tyre. Well that's when the fun begins because the inside of the tyre and the rim and covered in this liquid goopy useless slime. What a godawful mess! And hard to clean up and get of rim, car, hands, etc. Avoid this product. Might work in a ride on mower or kiddies tricycle but in my opinion, based on my experience it is a gimmick.
