Received my order and part of my order was missing. I immediately emailed proof and received no response. I tried calling the phone number listed and there was no answer. Lost faith in this company now.

Initially delivery was $19, when I went to check out on PayPal it was $49. No thanks, fortunately I was paying attention as reading other reviews it seems the quality of product is poor.

Had a small issue with my delivery, but Nicole sorted it out straight away—absolute legend! She was super friendly, kept me updated, and even threw in a little bonus for the trouble. That’s real customer service! You can tell this is a family-friendly, dog-loving local business that actually cares about its customers. Always great quality treats, and my dog goes nuts for them. Happy to support a place like this. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service!!!! – Very poor customer service. Ordered $300 worth of goods ( largest order) and all harboured bugs and being 3rd purchase this was the smelliest. False attempts to investigate and numerous emails sent to see what was happening and nothing. Found another way to enquire and same thing. False attempts to investigate with no response whatsoever. Warning make only small orders, or is likely you will be screwed.

Avoid unless you want bugs in your product – Terrible customer Service following substandard products. Bugs were throughout both kg packets of the roo cartilage and no responsibility was taken. Use by date of 12 months but only opened two months or so after purchase so company wouldn’t refund. Note packets weren’t opened. Was told to freeze the product to kill the bugs. Avoid at all costs:

Zero Customer Service – I ordered over $200 in dog treats which were sent via Aramex. The goods never arrived & after spending 3 weeks tracking back & forth with Aramex, they said a claim submitted & that I needed to contact Slobber Chops to arrange another dispatch. I have left 5 voicemails on the phone number provided (phone is never answered), messages also via email… Read more

Poor Quality/Inconsistent – The last 1kilo packet of roo tendons that we ordered have a white fungus type of powder on many tendons. I sent a photo to company and they sent me a replacement pack…the worst tendons ever…old and hollow, full of air. AVOID

No responsibility for missing items – Ordered 3kg treats, received 2kg. Alan (manager) refused to help, lied about "looking into it" and ultimately didn't respond to my enquiries/email. Denied any responsibility. Said that someone must have 'pinched' my items, and it wasn't his problem. Do not trust this company, if something goes wrong with your order they do not care and will give you grief if you try to resolve it. Unfortunate as I was a return customer, never again.

I have your money. What more do you want? – The company is on the Gold Coast and I am less than an hour south in NSW. I ordered over $500 worth of product from them which they chose to send with Fastway Couriers who off-loaded it to Aramex. The parcel went to Sydney where it has stayed for 6 weeks already. Numerous calls to the merchant and hours on the phone to Aramex and nothing. The merchant refused to refund my payment and said I had to wait so I made a refund claim on my card.

False advertising and poor response – False advertising at its best! I took up an offer of $1 per roo tail that was extended via and email and Facebook as Spooky Sale. I ordered $100 of roo tail and $50 of lumber. Expecting the $1 offer. I ended up with 10 pieces of roo tail and 5 lumber. I queried the order.
