Very firm, comfortable mattress, but not hardwearing. Warranty not worth the paper it's written on – I am prone to getting bad backs if I sleep on mattresses that aren't right, and this fit the bill for me. Quite firm, but with enough give not to be rock hard and be like sleeping on the floor either. Unfortunately its construction leaves a lot to be desired. After a few years the material is falling apart in several places and unravelling at the… Read more

edges, and the bed itself has become very lumpy and uncomfortable to the point that I can't put up with it anymore and it has to be replaced. I've lodged a warranty claim. We'll see if they honour it or not as I'm kind of torn here about the rating. If they do honour the warranty, I'll up, the rating, if not I'd decrease it as although it was a nice mattress when new, it works out to be very expensive if you have to replace them while they're still under warranty as they're not cheap mattresses. Also as a few people have noted, these mattresses are really heavy for their size!!!

Edit: Heard back and even though it's obvious from the pictures what is wrong with it, they now require a professional steam clean to come and look at it which is a few hundred dollars before they will promise anything, so basically likely lose more money on a mattress that needs throwing away because it's stuffed. This is not "a get it steam cleaned and we'll fix it "this is "we don't want to so we're going to make it as hard and expensive as possible to try and put you off, and then do the minimum we can get away with and find excuses as to why we won't fix the major issues so it's not worth your while even attempting to claim the warranty". The impression I got was at best they MIGHT consider fixing where it is coming apart at the bottom, but will do nothing about the stuffed springs and lumpy mattress areas which is my main issue so basically need to throw it away even if they did repair that aspect. If buying, be aware that it appears that the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. They've just lost a customer who would have otherwise happily continued to buy their mattresses. Looking elsewhere now, hope they're happy.
