made in September 2023 we are still left with no products, no tracking and have lost all communication with James and Rebecca.

At the time of purchase I was ensured I would have the product within 4 - 6 weeks. I have months worth of attempted email correspondence with James and Rebecca and all I was met with was excuse after excuse and now they won't respond at all. I lodged cases with ACCC and Fair Trading requesting a full refund as I no longer believed we would ever receive our products we paid in full for (which was over $9,000). Fair Trading was unable to get in contact with James.

As to how this company is still able to operate and how James is allowed to get away with this I will never know. Ripping off a Not-For-Profit business is a new low and I will do my best to ensure everyone knows about it. We are still left completely out of pocket and with no products or refund in sight.

Avoid at all costs. International scammer – Avoid avoid avoid. They say they are in VIC AU. Ordered products over $800 and have not received them. Another ordered directly on the site did not arrive. They sent me a tracking number from SJ worldwide. Not even in Australia. But in India. No email replys and they are ignoring my complaint raised with ebay. Luckily I am protected by ebay policy for my money back. This store is an overseas scam. Update just found out that yes they are in India.
