I got a new phone and had no screen protecter so then i went to get my screen protecter on it was going to be $20 but it was only $10!!!!!

Repair shop damaged phone, refused to admit it or talk about resolution – Be warned about Smart Fone Communication in Randwick!! There may be risks they do not tell you about until after the damage to your device occurs. In my case, the repair was more complicated and came with risks the person at the store did not disclose to me, so when I arrived to collect the device he had further damaged it, but denied it was his fault and tried to blame it on faulty parts. I took it to another repair place who confirmed Smart Form Communication damaged the phone. The owner is avoiding my messages and appears unwilling to discuss how to make this right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. I am out of pocket more after trying to save money to come here, which I now regret. Be warned, trying to save money may end up costing you more money, and if anything goes wrong the owner might refuse to accept fault. I recommend you stick with the manufacturer for newer, flagship devices that need out-of-warranty repair and avoid Smart Fone Communication.
