Bought a School Flex Pack for the new school year. Within less than a month, the bottle was broken, inside and out (see photos, they're quite explicit). Also the lunchbox doesn't look very sturdy. But what infuriates me is that I sent a review, and they didn't publish it, they used my review for another product twice instead, to avoid publishing a poor review with pictures. This is beyond dishonest.

Truly appalling quality with the ceramic peeling off. Completely unsafe as it leaves fine particles once it peels. I've had less than a few months. Expensive and poor quality. Would definitely not recommend. Very poor customer service. I've emailed a few times with no response.

These thieving corporate scum are poisoning your kids to save a few cents. Their bottle is aluminium inside but the neck is Anodized Aluminum because its easier to machine the grooves. RESULT: aluminium oxide dust in the bottle after a while. Reputations are hard to win - EASY TO LOSE!

Recieved as a gift from a family member.. Broke within 1 week, in a section that is now unable to use the bottle. She has Emailed twice and company simply don't respond... an expensive bottle with no service. Terrible.

But sadly, it is not leak proof at all. For 3 days, I kept testing it- hoping I was wrong- but every time, it leaked. My car seat go wet, and my groceries bag was soaked. I gave it multiple chances, but the result always the same. If you are looking for something reliable for travel or everyday use, I do not recommend this bottle

I purchased their Smash Double Wall Stainless Steel Sipper 1L water bottle, it states that it keeps water cold for up to 60 hours. However, it barely lasts an hour filled with ice on a hot summer day when you really want refreshingly ice cold water to keep you cool and hydrated. False advertising, do not recommend.

Bad feedback – I bought this "smash" bottle expecting it to keep my drinks cold, but it doesn't live up to the claims. It doesn't stay cold for long at all – within an hour, my drink is already warm. Additionally, the bottle isn't completely leak-proof; it drips a lot when tilted. Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality and wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a reliable bottle.

Absolute rubbish – Bought a water sipper bottle said 60 hours cold and wont even keep my drink cold for 4 hours. You can feel the cold when you fill it on the outside of the bottle so obviously the double wall is either false advertising or is no good. I contacted SMASH twice and still been ignored so my hubby tried to contact them and still no reply. Terrible product and terrible customer service. Will never buy from them again

not good – purchased the smash stainless sipper bottle, hoping it kept our water cold, dose not keep water cold at all. wish i kept receipt for full refund.

NO RESPONSE after 3 weeks and sending a third message – Almost 3 weeks and STILL NO REPLY. Very poor. I just won't buy your products anymore and let everyone know that your lids aren't meant for hot water to wash as they bend. Thanks for nothing. Very poor customer service.

Not happy – I brought their bottle to keep my coffee hot because they say it keeps hot for I think it said 9 hours. Well I was luck if it was warm for a couple of hours. I email with no response so I tried a few weeks later still no response. Will never my their product ever again.

Great customer service – Customer Service - amazing. 5 stars to Mishelle at Smash customer service. Sent a photo of 2 faulty clips on my lunch boxes. They were replaced, promptly at no charge and without drama. Very professional. I will now buy smash over other brands with similar priced products.

Excellent customer service – Have been using one of their travel mugs for about a year without fail. Managed to loose one of the seal but after email them, they happily replaced the seal at no charge! I honestly wouldn't have minded paying for the seal but they saved a perfectly good mug from landfill.

Great customer service – A couple of lids, and a bottle, broke after my 4 year old son dropped them. They were happily and simply replaced for free and customer service was very helpful. Thanks Mishelle.

Does not work as advertised – Purchased in nz on cruise do cannot return. Needed bottle to keep water hot in our cabin. Paid 40.00 at farmers for insulated bottle. Kept water hot for less than an hour. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

hoping to buy one (I realise I should have checked when I bought it) and within the week, they emailed saying they could easily supply a seal and that it would be posted to me. I was sooooo impressed. I did not expect to get the seal for free as the bottle is over 3 years old (albeit unused) but the company obligingly helped. This sort of service is so rare these days - Well done Smash Products for your great service and products!

times. She was only year 1 and i thought that my daughter did not clip in properly until that day she refused to use it and left this at home.

So i contact them, i said i would like to get giftcard refund or they replace for me different bento smash products ( the dining bento which similar design)

As i dont have time to contact them if the lids are just like this again. And this the fail design that they have i am sure as many other had same problems and even they got lids replaced, it still had same problem again.

Sent them the video of how 3 of the clips were fail to clip on.

Not happy with this expensive lunchbox and customer who preovide to replace me just the lid, i normally got replace the set as how they sure that lid will fitted this one even it is the same design. And if this happened again, then i have to contact them again.

Would never ever bought this brand lunchbox of knew this problems and it took me so much time. But because it double prices them other brand so i just have to contact them.

Low quality, expensive, and no good fair offer from customers service... not happy.
