Smeg 50's Style EGF03

BUYER BEWARE!!! this machine has a faulty steamer. We first purchased this product in June 2024. June of this year the steamer stopped working. After numerous failed attempts to repair by Smeg they agreed to provide a replacement machine. One month later and the same problem. The steamer stopped working in the new replacement machine as well! This time around they’ve taken our machine away for repair. Two weeks later & still no word on when it will be fixed. Told they’re waiting for parts from Italy. Smeg should be ashamed they continue to sell this product with a known fault.
