Don't get me wrong this machine makes great coffee but has problems down the line. No provision for double shots ( disappointing) Milk frother below average as we no longer persist with this one but use separate machine. NOW the big disappointment that compared to previous machines I have owned over the years is that it is a dirty machine and continually requires manual cleaning of Brew Head, and biscuit basket which is quite wet even after resetting grind control, Now where where grinds drop into brew head it is at least once a fortnight clogged with moist grind that collects before dropping in brew head along with the issue of overly wet grinds and a moist brew chamber rather disappointing and reflects poorly on design, brand and customer service will not Purchase again
