ordered a 14 the skirt lacked buttons zip it was basically a thick elastic band with the paper like material scrunched around it and lost its style. the blouse, is not a blouse its like a bib also made out of this nylon paper thin material and you basically have to push it down under the jacket. However if you have a chest (god forbid I'm only a c cup) it starts to come out and so you will need to wear a long sleeved white t-shirt or blouse under it. you can't iron any of this either, it would melt, and it arrives quite crinkled so you need to hang it a few days of a coat hanger and perhaps a steamer might work. A cool iron didn't work well. I didn't wear the hat as it was not representative of Mary Poppins and looked odd. their photos are not representative of what's in the package. the fast courier was good it came on time. I would not buy costumes from them again. $80 does not represent the cheap poorly designed costume that would have cost no more than $5 to throw together. I gave them this feedback and told them to switch suppliers.

Very low quality costumes for the price – Very low quality costumes for the price. I paid $85 for the "Glamorous Lady Pirate Costume" and it is not worth half that. Very cheap fabric. shipping was very fast though. I had no problems with the website or company themselves, just the quality. I received an email after my purchase asking to write a review about my items only to find that the website don't post reviews. That's dodgy! Why not give the customers the right to leave their reviews?? I only purchased from this website because of their fast shipping but i don't plan on buying from them again. I'll stick to Amazon.

Excellent customer service – Smiffys ordered a same day courier to re-deliver four costumes that had been lost by AusPost - the day before the party we needed them for. The lady at Smiffy's went above and beyond - amazing service.

Great service!! – I found the costume I wanted on Smiffys webpage, but rang them to confirm that the item wasn’t coming from overseas. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and assured me that the costume was in stock. I ordered Thursday night, and the costume arrived Sunday!!! Extraordinary service!! TL;DR

Slightly pricier but justified by the fast turnaround time and quality. All in all, pretty happy with the result.

Excellent – Good price, quick delivery and great service. I actually made a mistake on my order and had to make an inquiry to adjust my order. The staff was fast to respond and resolved the issue straight away. Very impressed and will definitely recommend for anyone looking for costumes.

kindly had another costume fast-track delivered to me for that evening, at no extra charge. Luckily I did get the first order just in time, but the second order had already been sent out - and all I need is to return post it back, and they'll pay for the return postage! Amazing!

Site not secure – I'd love to order some costumes from Smiffy's - their range is good and so are their prices - but their web site is not secure, even though they claim that it is. Just check the security with your browser and you'll find it's not a good idea to enter your credit card details. Great ideas, range and prices. Online ordering is not secure.

Smiffy's Australia Saves the Day & My Bacon! – After another fancy dress costume company letting me down with their awful service that saw me wait a month for a non-delivery and another month for a refund, I called upon Smiffy's Australia to send me out some costumes for my kids party which was the very next day! Long story short, they delivered to their word and I had phone call updates to give me peace of mind. Absolutely recommend to everyone! Fast, efficient and very friendly!
