Easy Printing, Good Quality and Service – They always make it easy for me to print everything for my business and unlike officeworks or other big brands there customer service means I can make sure that we get it right first time. Would recommend!

No Online Order Service – Submitted my design for labels online for delivery but when it came to 'select delivery option' it just said 'no delivery option available'. Tried submitting customer enquiry and it failed to submit, called the 1300 number and it told me wasn't connected when I couldn't select a local branch (bc there IS no local branch in country regions). So - no go for online orders, very disappointing, took my business elsewhere.

based on my existing artwork. I showed him cards I had already printed online at 350gsm and they could not believe how bad the quality was and he said the online cards were more like 250gsm. I received the new cards within 1 week. The cost was reasonable for matt cards with celloglazed/silky finish + cards were pre-folded and I received extra cards in the box (more than what i paid for. Will be back to print from here again. Don't waste your time or money with cheap online printing websites, just go here you will save so much money.

Bad customer experience – The customer service is terrible and a lot of miscommunication is happening in there. Worst customer service I have experienced after a long time, never go to them when there’s a need of urgency to print or a work to be done.

Brilliant Service – The team and Snap Botany are fantastic. I have used them several times to print business card and brochures/ cardboard inserts for products. Their service is quick, they are friendly and quality/price is great. Highly recommend.
