Extremely Grateful – We had technical issues with our Fujitsu split system. Snap freeze sent Greg , one of their technicians within an hour of calling them. Knowing there was 3 days of 30 degrees plus he did everything in his power to repair the problem. He was successful. I couldn’t recommend this company enough for the service and professionalism. What a Super Job – What a great team of guys, they were trustworthy, efficient, reliable and courteous. From the very start of getting a quote to the installation of my new Daikin Air Conditioner I was very impressed. I had extra electrical work carried out & their work ethic is second to none. Great experience – Professional and friendly. Dealing with them is easy. They have been servicing my air-conditioning unit for a few years now and recently they replaced the old ducting. Price was fair and service was great and they always arrive on time. I would definitely recommend them.

Lovely, hardworking and professional gentlemen – The team were fantastic. So helpful, accommodating and informative. They talked me through the whole process, included me in all decisions, worked so hard on my hardwood timber roof. Bigger job than expected and they took it in their stride. Endless problems, no responsibility – Snapfreeze installed a ducted a/c through a builder. After installation there were gaping holes in the ducting, holes in the gas plumbing so there was no gas and system was inoperable, also issues with set up. Snapfreeze refuse to address the issues and have washed their hands of the matter. On request they do not provide any supporting documentation. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend working in any capacity with snapfreeze.
