I'm seeing Snickers bars are being discontinued now? No wonder & thank god respectively cause after tasting one recently, I can say it's not worth keeping around. Bland tasteless watery chocolate, if it even is that anymore I really don't know!! Some semblance of chewy tasteless goo in between with a tiny smattering of peanuts, that are too chunky… Read more

which was weird to say the least. If anything, more peanuts than other ingredients in the entire bar!! The pathetic paper wrapper too & size of the bar, what am I, an eco friendly elf? Just WTH!! I wouldn't pay 5 cents today for one of these & deeply regret even having to put one star to post this review!! Once an iconic chocolate bar you Must wonder happened?!

Bland, tasteless – Does not taste the same as 10 years ago, very little flavour and less peanuts than before. Also size has shrunk to only 44g.

Worst bar you will ever buy – Absolute rubbish. Do not waste your money on this crap , its just so the CEO can get a pay rise, they have successfully ruined the bar. Its tiny and taste like cardboard. Nothing like the original.

snickers is a joke – Snickers 'original' is discontinued. But that's the point - where did it go? Snickers is still sold but it should be renamed to something like 'Suckers' because only suckers will buy it. It shrinkflated from 53g to 50g (and tasted worse) when it went to China. Then on return to Australia it shrinkflated again to 44g and kept its same foul… Read more

taste. When will this downsizing trend stop? When it reaches minute proportions only visible with a powerful microscope I'm guessing.

Gross, used to be awesome – Can't believe how bad it is, used to be my favourite. Outside chocolate very thin and melts as soon as you touch it, uncovering the inside which is way too hard and chewy Show details

Half my bar is missing – The price has gone up, the packaging is still the same size but the bars are definitely too small for the packaging. Either make the bars a good fit for the individual packaging or call them miniature bite size without the added landfill. The quality has definitely gone downhill, the chocolate coating is blotchy and tastes waxy without being past the use by date.i will action my complaint by not wasting my money on this product again.

stop making these so small! – Seriously we are now down to a measly 44g bar?. what a joke. hidden price inflation by reducing the portion from 50g to 44g and charging the same. Better to charge more and give the same product. Show details

Made in China! – We have the ability to make products here and we should! There is no need to send jobs off shore - this is purely a money making exercise - people will pay more just bring the manufacturing back here!

Snickers demise – I will never buy another Snickers Bar. The product made in CHINA does not resemble the taste of the original classic. It is stale, nuts are soft and although in date show signs of being overheated. I can do without it !

Management kills Snickers – Really! Ridiculous company decision to take a good Australian made product and stuff it up. Chinese made Snickers way too sweet and soggy nuts. Can’t finish the bar, it’s seriously unpleasant to eat. Will never buy again. Come on Mars, can you sort this out? 22/04/2022 Show details

Snickers Now Ruined – I have not bought a snickers for years. I used to buy them daily since I was a teen, with a chocolate oak. I Noticed the difference straight away when they started making them in CHINA. Ffs, they are terrible now. They were my favourite chocolate. Show details

No good since it started being imported from China – For the last few years they have been making these in China and they aren't the same. This was supposed to be a temporary while the renovate the factory in Australia but clearly this rubbish and they aren't bringing production back here. Show details

ZERO out of five if I could rate it that! – Disgusting made in China rubbish. Soggy peanuts, like they were past their use by date. Flatter bar. Didn’t finish it - best tossed in the bin. Will never buy it again, even if they move manufacturing elsewhere. Good will is gone and consumer confidence in Mars is destroyed - they tried to hide this from Australian consumers!  Show details

Were good, now disgusting! – Snickers bars used to be a nice snack But now the peanuts are soft and stale The peanuts are probably past their use by date before the bars are manufactured.  Show details

Made in China because? – Mars co said they shifted production to china temporarily and it's been two years and they are still made there and taste terrible. The european snickers included in the Celebrations box is much superior and I would prefer them to import that rather than the poor chinese version.

Now Made in China – For years I have been eating Snickers bars. I really enjoyed them. Recently I purchased one from Coles and I noticed it did not taste the same as I remembered. The peanuts were soggy and the bar itself felt flatter. Upon further investigation whilst looking to see if the bar was past its used by date I noticed that the Snickers bar is now Made in China. It all makes sense to me now. Show details
