The pillow is far too high to properly align and support your neck. After several nights my neck was very stiff and sore, leaving me in pain throughout the following days. I contacted the company who refused to refund, in fact they suggested I sleep on it for several more days get used to it! I was already struggling to turn my head after two nights. I’ve since bought another brand which is cheaper, great quality, comfortable, supportive and comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I won’t need to send this one back as my neck feels great. Don’t buy the Snorelux product, look for one that has a guarantee of satisfaction or your money back. Very disappointed with the Snorelux company.

Waste of money. Despite appearing reasonably well made, it is hard, uncomfortable and doesn’t help my snoring, or my wife’s. Arrived from China, not Australia, and website claim of satisfaction guarantee return was not honored. No ability to adjust to my size despite claim on their website of being able to do so “With its adjustable material, it adapts to your individual needs”. There’s no ability to adjust anything. Have had very poor sleep using this pillow and have given up on it. Feel duped!

Having purchased a Snorelux anti snore pillow based on the supposed great customer reviews, I now don’t believe the reviews. All 4 or 5 stars, no negative reviews (that should have been my first clue) and they certainly do not reflect my impression of the pillow. And I certainly haven’t been emailed/requested to submit a review! It doesn’t work for either my husband’s or my snoring, and is incredibly hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It has no adjustable profile, and can’t be adjusted for broad or narrower shoulders. It actually left us with neck pain. And despite their website stating they have 30 Day refund guarantee on their products if you’re not 100% satisfied, it only applies if you haven’t used the thing. How can you know if you’re satisfied if you haven’t used it!?! False advertising. And finally, despite claiming to be an Australian designed product, and giving the impression it’s an Australian company, it comes from China. Of course it does.
Still snoring – We have not found that these pillows have helped in any way. Husband using it correctly and still constantly snoring getting up to 65db. I had my hopes pinned on this pillow but all I did was waste $200. Also, I thought they were from QLD, but they were posted direct from China.
