off on its own during the night on High and sounds like a “Drone” going off in your Room. It also falls out of your nose easily and made from very Cheap Plastic & a cheap Battery Motor. Terrible Product, I won’t be purchasing from this Chinese based Company again.

despite following all instructions and trying different strategies to obtain a good seal. The device’s build quality is not up to the standard that would reasonably be expected for the price and it does not perform as the advertising suggests. It is certainly not a CPAP device as it has no pressure at all. Also, when on full power, it is as noisy as light snoring, whilst not delivering anywhere near sufficient airflow, thus defeating its stated purpose.

there refund policy they talk some nonsense about sending the product to Germany even though it says Australian made but then the box says made in China but then the email says America. This is 100 percent a scam do not be fooled I have pointed out the main parts. I am shocked that this has not been shut down yet. The ACCC really need to look into the snorelux company.

From the shipping tracking, it could be identified that the origin is from China although the website is Australian. I am not sure if there is even an Australian presence - other than the domain name.

On using it, this item does not work as advertised. Instead of promoting easier airflow, it blocked it with the narrow airway in the product. Snoring did not stop but rather increased.

Overall, this product appears to be a drop ship - where they rebrand some generic product, and sell at a premium.

This product is a complete scam it has no proper air flow and it is very noisy ( extremely noisy!) beware of that part they do not mention that part. don't fit in the nose properly and the air flow is at a bare minimum. But I cannot repeat myself enough it is very noisy sounds like a plane taking off. Customer service is ridiculous they straight away will mention how they adhere to ACCC policies like they are so defensive already and mention how they already mention this in checkout which I tried again to see and it does not. How will you know if a product works for you if you do not try it? That's what I don't understand how they think they found a loop hole to get away with this. It is a faulty product in itself and the customer service is absolute rubbish they make no sense at all and are clearly being elusive about this product. It's a shame as my partner hates CPAP machines and this product is near to a toy or a gimmick like a haha got you joke which has disheartened his condition of sleep apnea even more.

Do yourself a favor and please do not purchase this product they make themselves look so good it's just a scam. The product is bad, does not work, it's cheap quality, next to no air flow, parts on the device may not fit your face properly and it is extremely NOISY how are you expected to sleep with a plane on your nose.

wife likes it more then the mouthpiece cause she get's a really dry mouth, I do have to wear earplugs if she's using it on a high level, not the best build quality but it does the job. I do like companies trying to innovate products to "cure" sleep apnea, I understand it isn't an easy task to do, since the customer service was great and the products are fine ( mouthpiece 5 stars, cpap device 3.5 stars ) I leave a 5 star review, especially considering all these negative reviews! Calling companies a scam trying to solve a very complicated problem makes companies stop innovating and leaving us with only one solution which is a $2000 inconvenient cpap machine. I've received what I've ordered, many people do not understand the definition of a scam. In my humble experience, do not order if you expect a miracle, unfortunately sleep apnea and snoring is a difficult problem and there is no one fit all solution however companies like snorelux and others are at least TRYING do solve the problem with innovative products, calling companies a scam trying to help isn't the right solution, you better of calling APPLE a scam. I am very involved in the reviewer community and I love giving my opinion, helping others and holding people accountable. However potentially ruining a companies reputation trying to fix a very difficult issue like snoring using the word scam so loosely doesn’t adhere to moral standards.

Now getting to the product, it’s fine! No more, no less, it does helped me by opening my airways since one of my nostrils is smaller than the other so it did even out the air intake, it’s not groundbreaking, rather a slight improvement.

On another note I’ve ordered their pillow as well and I absolutely love it! My pillow order wasn’t processed, when reached out and asked, they responded quick and said their system had a bug and my order wasn’t processed so they included a free pillow case as reimbursement… happy with that!

Overall, the price compare to other companies and especially CPAP machines is fine, customer support is fine, products are fine!

It’s worth giving it a try however don’t expect your life being changed by it.

I’ll give it 5 stars, it’s more like a 3.5 Star however I don’t think it’s fair to slander a companies reputation trying to fix a difficult issue with 1 star reviews and calling it a scam.

failed in it's purpose to improve sleep. It did not improve my quality of sleep because I was woken upby may partner half-way through the night because I was snoring again, because the machine ran out of battery. Also the instruction book had 3 lines of instruction and 4 pages of propaganda about how much better it was than a CPAP machine. Althoug relatively simple product, it was not clear how to use it without trial and error. It did eventually work, but not for long enough to make it effective.
