Go Find Someone Else – 2013 they installed our ducted system. We have used them for service ever since. Last October we had mould appearing on our ceiling. Called Snowdonia they inspected the system and told us that the drain needed replacing, $1604.00 later. Come January we had more mould appearing in more places. Called Snowdonia they told us that the unit was poorly installed, they couldn't help us and find someone else!
