ALDI SOHL Premium Office Chair

Seat padding deteriorated within months – As with the reviewer of the Luca (Aldi) Ergonomic Office Chair (which looks near identical to this one) I found the foam sponge used in the seat of the chair had lost all support within a matter of two or three months. Given more than 60 days had passed since purchase, I was required to provide photos of the defect before Aldi would accept a return - which they subsequently did.

It was apparent to me upon opening the box that the seat padding of this chair was never going to last as it was far too soft. I notice this week's Aldi Specials catalog (Jan 2019) includes what appears to be the same chair. I have no confidence in Aldi or their supplier that it will be any better.
