Broke our guttering with their delivery in October. Have been trying to organize fixing through our landscaper since that day. It's now February and have had to go through our own insurance. Damage has been fixed. 17 weeks post. Owner has changed their tune online to 'We have no knowledge of this and you're a liar' a couple weeks ago to 'We've had nothing but whinging and abuse from you.' We have not contacted them at all, since leaving a poor review was in response to giving up on a productive resolution.
So glad I found these guys! Have had two deliveries in one week, order one day, it arrives the next, delivery cost half of most other companies, great service. Will definitely use them again.
I paid online and they believed I put in the address. They called me and accused me of this but said this has happened before. I said I put in on the options tab as well. would not recommend them because it’s fair enough to disagree but you can’t accused when it’s happened before
Poor conflict resolution after I had issues with volume of mulch delivered. I was the last delivery of the day and clearly my pile was light. (I have had multiple deliveries over the years previously to compare with, from other companies. We both agreed to disagree. over ordering a cubic metre however my garden beds were not covered using suggested .1m coverage.
Wasn’t looking for money back off Simon just a bit more mulch to cover the beds which in theory I should have plenty…nothing was offered just an ‘is what it is type response’. And a statement re how many deliveries he’s done. Poor customer service in my opinion. Won’t be going back.
Why x2 stars not x1. Product was decent. Just not enough of it. And Franky in the office was great she was professional and cared.
User friendly website to calculate your soil needs. Helpful staff who provide expert advice on what product to choose. Reasonable pricing and prompt delivery. The soil was of awesome quality and this review is 8 months after I made the purchase, planted my veggies and harvested a lot of things in plentiful. I recommend this service highly.
If you hate rock picking but your soil elsewhere – I ordered 2 cubic metres of their lawn soil top dressing mix. Ordering online was good delivery cost reasonable and delivery on time. So far so good. It’s supposed to be a screened product but what I got was contaminated with rocks blue metal and building rubble bits of rubber and rubbish. don’t clean the rubbish from previous loads out of the truck. In the end I spent a large amount of time picking out rocks and rubbish which is exactly why I bought a more expensive screened product so I would not have to do. Pretty disappointed considering the most likely reason is simple lack of care / laziness to keep products free from cross contamination
