to the Operations Manager of the company, [Name Removed] multiple times, but he either don’t respond at all or give vague promises that he will organise for someone to come over in “December”. Weeks have passed and nothing has been resolved until now. He was only responsive back in 2023 when the solar panels were installed.
For a company that claims to provide reliable solar solutions, their lack of urgency and customer care is shocking. A simple issue has turned into an ongoing headache because they refuse to follow up or take responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company—if something goes wrong, don’t expect timely help or even basic communication.
The circuit breaker has tripped four times this week, including on the hottest days when energy generation should have been at its peak. The photos do not include all the records of tripping in the past 2 years as I can only attach 10 max files.
Follow-up · The inverter has still not been checked and warranty claim has been submitted before writing my review. The Director/owner, [Name Removed] has not made follow up calls nor emails to us. My husband even tried ringing him but he didn’t pick up nor did he call back to follow up. My inverter has tripped for 15 days in a month which blew up my electricity bill.

decided to go ahead on payment plans for 50 months.Installtion happened in a week time. We bought Trina panels with Solis Inverter.Its producing about 60kwh per day.Highly Recommended.Thank you for looking after us.

Fronius German Inverter and REC Panel – *The unit was installed in an unsecured place. [Name Removed] promised to relocate to the inside of the fence for free. * There is no wi fi connectivity. [Name Removed] said I need to put a booster but I’m not convinced as my phone can connect to wi fi in the same location. Please send your technician here and relocate the inverter to a safe location.
