Waste of money – Just an awful product. Doesn't appear to noticeably heat the pool. Hard to handle and store. Rapid deterioration. Hasn't saved water either, I'm always topping up the pool. Snags the pool cleaner. I am very disappointed and believe I should get my money back but I suspect this won't happen.. Doesn't do the job, expensive.

Once you go solar you cant become wholer! – Solar Sun Rings are Amazing, fast and easy set up and will heat your pool in just seconds. This product is an amazing investment and great if you are having an out door party and want to heat the pool quickly for you guests. The new design is emaculate and the best i have seen around. I reccommend solar sun rings to everyone i know. Relaible, durable easy to handle to easy!

Terrible – I would not buy this product again. The first two summers were good with the rings deteriorating very rapidly in the last twelve months. I have one third of my original purchase remaining, three are in good condition with one close to being discoloured like the rest. A good concept but not value for money. I have never owned a pool blanket but I am sure one would last more than two summers. Easy to take in and out, stored by folding over the pool fence like a towel. Does increase the heat. Bought 15 solar rings in three years ago and have only got four left. Most discoloured to a whitish finish (UV effected I suspect) and became brittle and as a result split, letting water in. The outer rings always filled with water, making them heavy to lift in and out.

Terrible – Junk! Waste of money! Big disappointment.A little bit of wind and they are on top of each other. Heat gain from them is a joke. No big starage wheel in the pool garden Expensive! Blow around onto each other. Deflate and fill with water.

OK – After using the rings for two seasons more than half have small tears that let in water( and diminish effectiveness). I believe the tears were caused by constantly peeling apart the rings when they were stacked (the heat makes them stick together).Unless you want round patches of dead grass all over your yard, stacking them seems to be the way to go. Definately avoid placing them in direct sunlight; three of mine were actually scorched one day! I'm currently looking for a towel holder that is large and sturdy enough to hold the rings; this would probably solve the storage problem.

Each one has to be inflated at the beginning of the season which is a bit daunting when you're dealing with so many. I wish they were made more like those spring floats.

I am not planning to replace the damaged rings; the quality just isn't worth the high price. Very easy to put in and take out Pricey; quality doesn't warrant high price. Nuisance to store when not in pool.
