Poorly made products that they don’t back up – I recently purchased a pair of Scholl Orthaheel Unisex Wave Thongs. contacted sole integrity asking for my money back, which was purely out of frustration and principle that I had just hurt myself from these supposedly quality footwear, it has now been 6 months since purchase, which I don’t believe is too long a time for a $60 pair of thongs to be worn out, I was replied to by [name removed] who told me I should have contacted her within 30 days as that is all the warranty the supplier gives and that she can not offer me anymore assistance. I think that is a pretty bad way to handle a complaint, and although they are not the manufacturer, they are the company selling the product and yet will not stand behind what they are selling.

I would expect this service from a shop selling $5 flip flops, but not from a company who have the word integrity in their branding.
