Incredibly poor communication. Ordered a heat deflector from here about a month ago and given a tracking number that didn't work. It was several weeks overdue and reached out to the company (no phone number found, only email) who basically said it was on the way. Still not hear about a month later and having to file a dispute with my bank. Avoid at all costs - My two most recent emails have been ignored!
LOVING it – We knew about the Solo Stove from our friends and family in the USA and Canada so knew the company was all about excellent quality and standing by their lifetime warranty. correctly dried wood. Lots of nights to look forward to a fire without the smell of burnt wood on our clothes and hair!
