Poor salesman knowledge led to inappropriate products, installation issues, and very quickly product fail...very. very poor

installer would call and set date later that day. I called back 2 days later after no contact from anyone at Solomons Brendale and cancelled the order. Manager started arguing and then hung up on me. Not professional and non existent customer service!

Appalling – Installation of blinds was delayed because the name of the client was not on the blinds and therefore they stayed at the warehouse for more than 2 weeks. No one questioned it. blinds disguised with a piece of magnetic tape! Absolutely disgusting service. Never again! Terrible communication with customers. Carpet laying quality is poor with lumps and waves in the material. Edges along the stair not finished nicely. Join in pieces of carpet visible. No underlay underneath the open tread stairs leaving a visible difference in the level of floor. Nail spikes protruding from carpet grab strip into ajoining room. Constantly jabbing my barefeet. Such a horrible experience with this company.

Broke within a month – Solomons at Gawler do not go anywhere near them!!!! We got vertisheer blinds from them & installed, not long after they broke. Have tried contacting them for months & just continuously get the run around. for 8months probably and now i just cannot get anyone to answer from the Gawler store in sa. Buyer be weary, we spent thousands and are unable to use them. Its sooo dissapointing when you work so hard for nice things and companies just dont care.

Delays in Product. Delays in Installation. No Accountability – Placed order in May with a quote. Final measure done June 15. blinds on the windows, vertical on kitchen and plantation shutters at the front. Still no vertical blind or shutters. Excuses on delays of product when quoted 2 to 4 weeks. Now 9 weeks later we are still not getting many results and at the end of the day when I am asked why I have no shutters or verticals yet I say 2 words: Solomon Blinds Show details

Money well spent – Solomon’s flooring reynella installed our roller shutters and we were very impressed with their product, professionalism and price. Ten out of ten!!!

Service and product is exactly what we wanted – We recently had blinds made and installed by Solomons Castle Hill store. Nami was a pleasure to deal with and always contactable when we had questions. Awesome job – We had an awful building but or flooring and blinds went perfect. Solomons Osborne Park done a fantastic job. The store owner Keith was truly brilliant and put us at ease. Ashley the carpet layer and Neil our laminate layer were just so professional friendly and clean. Our blinds are amazing also and Keith's expirence in colours was tremendous as we had no idea.
