bills since October 2025 & to date mid April 2026 monthly billing issue has not been resolved. We call Solstice Energy every week seeking answers regarding not receiving our monthly bills, the consistent response from Solstice Energy “they are having problems with their monthly billing platform. Not good enough Solstice Energy, we have not received monthly electricity bills for 6+ months!!! Where do we go from hear? Ombudsman? Change to new Retailer? Extremely worried about how much we have to pay for the last 6 months… possibly $1,000 of dollars. No transparency, simply not good enough

Quite honestly the worst provider I’ve ever used for a home. They have no billing system and then send overdue bills months later with threats to shut off the service within 5 days. Luckily I’m financially stable enough to pay bill on short notice but this would be hugely stressful for those living pay check to pay check. The online system is… Read more

awful, login is never straightforward. After my second threatening “overdue” bill I’m changing provider. Steer clear!

Solstice Energy is a horrible supplier. They charged me 2 months worth of electricity for almost 2 weeks of usage. The bill being over $1000.00 for 2 weeks. I switched providers IMMEDIATELY! As they wouldn't remedy this.

I waited a month with my new provider Aurora Energy and sent them the consumption used/bill which was $508 for a month (THIS IS WHAT MY BILLS MONTHLY LOOK LIKE).

They still argued and said i used $1000+ worth of electricity in 2 weeks.

Biggest mistake connecting with this company. They are robbers.

I paid my account and was in credit than got a $1000+ bill for 2 weeks, no amendment even after sending my bill with Aurora for 1 month of usage, running all my appliances now and even heating through the night and day.

This company should be investigated and reported by everyone that's experienced the same problems as me.

Awful company. Will be spreading the word not to use Solstice Energy.

Rubbish customer service. Billing team doesn't know what's going on. Keeps sending overdue payment reminders and threats of reporting to a collections agency despite bills being cleared months ago! Website doesn’t work, login details don’t work. Horrendous support! Show details

I couldn't believe how easy it was to switch my electricity from Aurora to Solstice Energy. I knew Solstice was cheaper, but I was worried it would be a long and confusing process. So happy I changed. Would definitely recommend
