From recklessly reversing their vehicle into our garage door, leaving it visibly damaged, to thoughtlessly destroying numerous plants in our garden by haphazardly throwing equipment from the roof, their behavior was both shocking and disappointing. Adding insult to injury, they left behind a trail of debris along our street—ranging from plastic fragments to several meters of discarded piping. This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable.

Furthermore, the controller they installed has proven to be nothing short of problematic. The system is already displaying signs of malfunction, set to lock out in just a matter of days. It's clear that their work was not only subpar but also demonstrates a lack of expertise in the field.

To make matters worse, the company needlessly sent additional contractors to our residence for services that we had explicitly informed them were unnecessary. This not only wasted our time but also reflects poorly on the company's communication and coordination.
