Purchase with caution – I ordered 2 Unifi products. I paid. I have heard nothing and no responses to phone calls or numerous emails.

Not a scam, just a disorganised middle man – I bought a slide scanner on 5 August 2020. Turned out that it was a superseded model, and this seller carries no stock but orders in from distributors as he receives orders, hence the often long wait. Unfortunately after receiving all the usual "orders placed and paid" emails, nothing appeared on my account on the website, nothing appeared on my doorstep. I made allowances for the Victorian Covid lockdown. After reading reviews, I made phone calls to the answering service with no reply. I sent messages on the website, no reply. I threatened referral to consumer affairs, no reply. I did some more internet research and found a Yellow Pages phone number for Solutions by Brandon, Internet Marketing Services, Airport West VIC 3032. I rang it, 0400 975 232 on 27 November. Jason Brandon answered the phone to the background sounds of a domestic residence. with perhaps a small child. I gave him my order number, he was on the computer, he looked it up and asked me if I wanted a refund. He pressed a few buttons and a refund email popped up, saying it might take 10+ days. Lo and behold, a mere 5 days later a credit appeared in my bank account. Jason seemed like a smart high tech bloke wanting to make his fortune while coping with family and Coronavirus. Unfortunately he operates in an impenetrable fortress of telephone and internet impersonality. I'm all for young entrepreneurs if they operate their business personally and not behind the uncontactable shield as if he was an internet sales giant. Ring that Yellow Pages number 400 975 232 and bring him back to earth if you are having delivery problems.

Buyer beware – I placed an order for a mobile phone and after a few weeks with no delivery (after all it is Covid and many products are in quarantine) I sent emails and made a phone call or two. The "reception" said that messages would be passed on and they would call back. Still waiting and now in the hands of Paypal and eBay.

Not sure if this place is running a scam or just completely incompetent – Placed an order on an item only for it to be "processing" for 3 days, tried getting some info but there is no way to talk to any kind of support at all just a "reception" that will pass on your request and assure you they will call you back (they never do). decided i had enough and asked this "reception" for a refund, they said sure we will contact you (suprise they didnt after 2 days) so i just called my bank to dispute the transaction as a scam. The next day i had an email saying they were sending me a refund.

Either way stay the f away from this shop.

The Opposite is True – I made the mistake of purchasing a new HP Printer from this Company. If had I taken the time to check out their Facebook Page I would have gone elsewhere. Through no fault of their own the printer I purchased was faulty and HP provided written authority for them to replace it. I emailed them 3 times with no response. Then I tried to reach them using their online chatbot and again no reply. Finally, I tried to call and regardless of the time or day, none of their listed numbers worked. A month later and still no reply. This Company gives new meaning to the word ‘dodgy’ and should be avoided at all cost.
