The product was terrible. A cheap, ill tailored, off coloured facsimile of what appeared on the website. I did receive a reply when I requested a refund but the process is expensive and I have no reason to believe it would be satisfying.

a complete lie. The items are drop shipped directly from China and take several painful w, tracking weeks to arrive. When the Rafael Elite Comfort Bomber Jacket in Khaki finally showed up, it was completely unwearable and wildly overpriced. The website pictures are completely misleading. Online, the jacket looks premium; in reality, it is made of a cheap, flimsy, low-grade synthetic fabric that feels like a garbage bag. To make matters worse, the sizing is a joke. I ordered a 2XL, but it fits like a child's size. The sleeves only come halfway up my forearms, and the entire cut is disproportionate and defective. Save yourself the grief, the money, and the massive headache. Seriously, Avoid this website at all costs!
Do not use this company. Fake nikie shoes and they are not Oz. Shoes did not fit and would not refund. Could not post as over $40 to post let alone they may not accept!
Do not use this company. Is not in Austrakia, gives no delivery date and changes your address details from autofill. If you contact them they say sorry it's in transit contact the transport company providing no details. You will lose your money and your invoice number says unknow

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They are not based in Melbourne, nor do they use Australia Post to deliver items. My order was placed on 9th May and not delivered until 9th June. Of the two shirts one does not fit! Both are poor quality material and nothing like what is on the website. See the photos comparing the website image and what was supplied. I ordered a dress which took ages to arrive; was sent to wrong address, went back God knows where. I got it today and it is very cheap material, does not fit. Company is asking me to pay an extra $15 to get another product sent to me - and I would keep the dress!! . They argue shipping cost back to them is $50. To Melbourne/ Really? Show details
Follow-up · They offered to send me free of charge a product same “ value”. I could not find anything made of non synthetic fabric. They claim they have cotton garment but i could not find one. I asked them to send a jumper. Very flimsy and probably worth $5 with Temu! Don’t deal with them!

was told it was 100% cotton. I paid $69.95 for it. I received something worth $9.95 in its place. Something you might get from Temu, let's say (see pic). I have never had to deal with a company so appalling in the way they handle a refund. In fact, it is simpler to say they DO NOT give refunds at all. If you are unwise enough to purchase anything from them (without checking Product Review, as I did) then you have been utterly cheated. This business is totally fraudulent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
