Bought the watch. No google play app – There is currently no google play app to download. So can’t set up the watch. Contacted support and no response as it’s the weekend. You would think they would put a notice on their website if the google play app can’t be downloaded and so any android users are stuffed! Hopeless!!! Show details
Great watch while it works! – I have had this watch for approx two years. Great watch, never a problem. Good battery life and all functions accessible. Until two days ago when it died. I thought just flat battery, no problems. Connected to charger, lights came on as normal, flashing for about 5 seconds as usual, happy face on screen. Came back a few hours later to check and… Read more
will not turn on. I have tried everything I can think of and the app reports “fully charged, last charge 1 day ago”… absolutely dead. Not happy as this was a great watch while it worked.
Great watch – After having a versa2 Fitbit for a few days that I hated I then got this watch and I love it! Tells me everything I need to no and tracks my oxygen, blood pressure et. Etc perfectly. I haven’t had any of the issues mentioned by others in the reviews Show details

Disappointed much – So upset. Have had trouble from day 1 to get watch to charge. Now it will not charge at all!!!!!!I I like the concept of the watch, just wish it would work !!! Show details
Worst Smart Watch To Buy – Nothing works on this watch and just gives fake data. The manufacturer or importer wont even bother answering questions. Only thing accurate is the time as it takes the information from your phone but once it disconnects from phone you cant even connect it back. Show details
Cant connect – Brought from Big W. Battery went flat, recharged but it will not connect to my phone, so nothing works.Tried everything, Phone acknowledges the watch but the watch refuses to connect to the phone ,so no time or apps. Show details
Unreliable – Bought mine from Big W. Had a little trouble connecting to my phone lost connection a couple of times. Within less than 2 weeks watch died, blank screen and disconnected charging did not affect it. Exchanged it for another one and within 5 days same thing happened to it. Not trying again just asking for refund. (thank you Big W no problems with refund) Show details
watch band brokee just after 3 months – not a reliabe watch. very disappointing as unable to wear watch because of broken band. not accurate stats either. charging it another challenge. magnetic at the changing cable is awful Show details
Misleading, Fake – I want a refund. No where near accurate.I have high BP, and a BP monitor at home, this watch consistently shows low false readings. Same with the pedometer, shows a very low count to what I have actually walked. For $139.00 I expected it to be reasonably close, not spot on, but somewhere near an accurate reading. Nice looking watch, that's it, I have got a good mind to go to consumer affairs.
Not good – Within 3 weeks I coudnt read the screen. Couldnt wear it to bed as everytime i moved it lit up and vibrated. The battery was lucky to last a day Show details
Looks great but don't waste your hard earned money – My wife purchased this smart/fitness watch (Somatic Apollo) last weekend from Big W for me as a gift. She was impressed with the price and because it advertised a wide range of features. However when setting up the watch and downloading the associated app to go with it, I discovered what she had actually bought was a very expensive pedometer that… Read more
tells time. The weather feature never worked (always showed the temperature as 3 degrees when it was in the 20's) the BP monitoring always said 114/73 (my BP was 125/69) Pulse 65 (actual 52) it has other features but they didn't seem to do anything. It seems to calculate distance pretty well and as it's linked to your phone the time/date was ok but can't be adjusted without the app which is very buggy and very difficult to pair with your phone. Plus every time you turn your phone off you need to reconnect it and often it just won't work. I tried contacting the app developer but they didn't respond. The watch is aesthetically pleasing, it just doesn't do what it's supposed to and will be returned tomorrow. If you are after a smart/fitness watch, do your homework and look elsewhere.
