I was surprised by how good the quality was for the price. The headband set I ordered feels soft and stretchy, not cheap or stiff. The colours were exactly like the website photos.
Is someone able to contact me from the company please about my current order or if anyone could provide any information about how they went about communication as I am not receiving any response via email and have not received any tracking information in 6 business days?
Have not received the order placed, after 2 emails the shop replied that one item was in a pre-order and they will refund money, 2 days have passed and still nothing (no money refunded, no item received). Update: after a week of backwards and forwards emails, the refund was issued by the seller.
The headbands from Sommerfugl Kids are so lovely. They actually stay on without being tight, which is hard to find. The colours I got were soft and neutral, just what I was looking for. I messaged customer service about shipping times and they got back to me really fast and were very polite.
Very happy with the smock bibs. I bought two different designs and both look great. They wipe clean easily and survive the washing machine without losing shape. Shipping was quick too.
The lion comforter is so sweet. My baby grabbed it straight away and now refuses to sleep without it. I love the material too. Soft but not too thick. Very well priced.
I ordered a few things for a baby shower gift and was genuinely impressed. The comforter was beautiful quality and the bow set matched perfectly. It all arrived quickly and looked nicer than things I’ve bought from much bigger stores.
Fast shipping and really good service. The smock is great and fits our toddler perfectly.

I bought two of the smock bibs and they are honestly the best thing I have added to our mealtime routine. They cover so much more than the cheap ones I used before and the fabric feels really durable. I also loved how quickly they arrived. This shop has become one of my favourites.
The company sells the smock bibs as if it was a high quality and special product. However, it can be found on Temu website, for 1/3 of the price, in all sizes and styles. In addition, they offer only one size that will fit only toddlers probably after 2 years. This is not for babies around 8-10 months old, it doesn't matter how big your baby is.
Really nice material. It's thick and washes well in the machine. The only thing I would add is a way to adjust better on the neckline. I need to add a bib under so my 2yr baby doesn't get dirty. But I have the same issue with other brands too. I recommend and would buy it again. The snap buttons are definitely a plus and what made me purchase this ones.

Website easy to navigate and items were shipped fast. But I’m super confused by the quality of the smocks I purchased, specifically the yellow gingham one. The finishing are awful, a lot of open seams, so it looks unfinished. The feel of it also seems very cheap. It honestly looks like it was just purchased in bulk from a warehouse on temu and then sold on. But it wasn’t overly expensive, so I don’t expect much more. Cute colours though!

Have placed an order for 2 bibs from the 18th of November still waiting . The reply from customer service is I will look into it you should have received it by now !! . but still nothing . Very disappointing as it’s a gift .

sizes which meant I had one for every age/ head size. Silicone plate / bib etc are great because they are low-tox and help to avoid micro-plastic consumption. Also super easy to clean. Wet bags are probably my favourite. I use them when out and about to put nappies or soiled clothes in. And of course swimmers. Saves on plastic bags. They wash well and retain their waterproof. And my little one is obsessed with her bunny comforter. We have 3 the same!! Two for when she’s sleeping so she’s got one on each side of her head. And one stored away as a spare. I wash them frequently (but caution the colour does run the first time you wash them so don’t wash with whites!!!).
Great quality products from an Australian small biz – Have purchased from here several times now. Their headbands make very cute gifts. I got a couple of white ones for a friend’s wedding and their feeding jackets are excellent quality. Shipping has been fast.

Update: this order was finally refunded after many emails and contacting via Facebook and voicemail. If you find yourself reading this because you are in a similar position, I’d recommend contacting your bank to make a report as well as your local government agency that can assist (eg. Consumer Affairs Victoria).

Terrible customer service – The owner did not respond to countless emails regarding a credit note I had been issued. I also tried to contact the owner within the 12 month timeframe, but I had no response from the owner so I couldn't redeem the credit note. Aliexpress products at a mark up – I purchased several smocks from this store.
