No customer service – Came here to echo the below review. I love my headphones but the earpads have split. Zero response from sonictrek or Mifo after two weeks of trying to get hold of them. If they provided the information in the box on how to change the earpads, or what models are compatible i wouldnt need to chase them, but here we are. Spend a bit more money and invest in a product with some customer service. These guys are complete clowns.

Check out Mifo review about poor service – Believe it is same company with different name ... ABN comes up with BIOTIGO P/l at sonictrek.com.au and sonictrek uses same PO BOX in Chullora NSW.... Website has no phone number and hasn't responded to chat online or email attempt
