usually grouped with other furniture you don't want which makes it hard to visualise how it would fit in with your own furniture OR is a flat image of a bed frame where everything about it looks cheap. Sonno doesn't fit that mould as it focuses on showcasing the actual bed frame with minimal styling and we were convinced after watching the assembly video on their site to proceed with our purchase as you could see the quality of the parts as they built the bed frame.

I contacted Sonno with an enquiry and Charles called me back promptly as well as arranged to send us a fabric swatch to ensure the colour and fabric type we had selected was really what we wanted. I was ready to buy without the swatch but a nice little touch for a business running without a bricks & mortar store. A few days later the swatch arrived which we were happy with and the bed frame was purchased.

We were kept up-to-date with shipping & delivery information and estimates by Charles from Sonno so didn't need to spend unproductive time waiting for a courier to show up as we have some very un-flexible scheduled which he worked around for us. The bed frame arrived in 3 large & heavy packages and upon removing the outer layers, everything was wrapped well to both protect the fabric and the fixings whilst in transit. Sonno makes the bed assembly easy by providing both an instructional video on their site and some well written instructions in the box (we didn't need our swedish picture dictionary for this one). Again a nice little touch was the inclusion of some white cotton gloves to protect your fingers during assembly (although they might be intended for more petite hands then mine).

Although the bed frame can be put together by one person (which I did), I would highly recommend having another person help you put it together. The bed frame itself is quite heavy but gives you the complete reassurance that the materials that have gone into the make of the bed are of exceptional quality and that the bed is built to be strong and last. Once the bed was assembled we were extremely happy with the end result as it looks modern, feels great to the touch, and is versatile that the number of ways to style the room now is limited only by your imagination. We chose a grey colour which fits in with everything from a clean minimalistic white palette to a spectrum of different colour schemes.

Will happily recommend this bed frame to anyone about to go through the same process, especially if you want something that looks great, doesn't look like every other bed frame in the big box retail stores, and is backed by great customer service.

Easy Assemble – Just wanted to say thanks to Charles for helping me through assembly of bed frame. I was unsure about buying it due to the putting it together as I'm useless with things like this and live alone. It turned out to be so easy and Charles phoned me to make sure things went smoothly after as he knew I was worried about it. Bed looks so good and I'm getting another one when there sold out sizes come in.

Great value excellent service – We ordered this bed online late on a Sunday and it was delivered early Tuesday. Setting up would have been easier with some instructions but we worked it out. The white gloves to protect your hands were different but may get some use next boxing session. The bed is exactly like the online photos.

Easy to make the bed as you can just tuck the bed sheets into the space between the mattress and frame, so no lifting of the mattress anymore to get the sheets underneath. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend :)

what I've found is this bed actually compliments a lot of the decorating themes I apply to the bedding. Service was brilliant, answered all my questions before I clicked the 'buy' button, and the bed was delivered in less than 48 hours.

huge difference to the comfort of my body and with the high setting it's very easy to get in and out of bed, bit like a SUV compared to a low sedan. good mob to deal with ,not a drama to buy on line either which was better than some experiences i have had.
