Again that same evening engine lights flashes, next day i specially went there and they change the oxygen sensor ,his own mechanic showed me and told they were old and when i questioned that you mentioned it was new , He replied -" replace doesn't means its new ,it means i previously replace it with some better 2nd oxygen sensor". Even after this engine lights flashes again . Than I decided to return back the faulty car and he deduct money from my refunded amount, he didn't gave me any receipts. When i politely request to give a genuine reason to deduct for returning a faulty car .He becomes hyper and with a spanner in his hand he start threaten me and my friend which was successfully recorded in a video and even in his own workshop cctv footage. He was showing his arrogance, ego and dominance to us students saying that - " Yes i sells you a faulty car but once it is sold i am not responsible and i issue rwc myself , car is running on four wheels means it is safe, engine lights doesn't make any sense and do whatever you want to do" Even After this , On chat when i ask him again politely , he threaten us again ,I got screenshot as well where he mentioned -" i will make false case on you and take you to court , Further he starts blaming and harass my religion Sikh, He taunts on my religious t-shirt i was wearing . which i personally consider disgrace to my religion. In the end no receipt , no reason to deduct money for faulty car , harassment to my religion , mentally ill people (this can be easily seen on product reviews where we can see him arrogantly reply to customers) These people definitely required a mental servicing before doing car services.

Worst customer experience ever – Worst customer service. He sold a faulty car whose engine light came up within an hour of buying. car was kept for 4 days. When told that it was a silly reason to deduct money, he got angry and behaved arrogantly and told me that he doesn’t care at all. Do not go to get your vehicle fixed here. He is one dodgy mechanic and rip your pockets. He does not have any values at all.

Highly recommended – The service is excellent. I always get my car back clean, if anything needs to be fixed they inform you of the process and tell you what it will cost. I wouldn't trust my car with anybody else!

Highly recomended – I took my car there for engine problem. My car was turning off every time when I was stopping on red light. I was little scared, But They had fixed my car in very cheap price.

Another good experience! – I had a log book service done a week ago and all is well. Great value, received a tax invoice. Cost half of the Holden fixed price service fee. They also did my RWC last year and I am very pleased with the service.

it and mentioned the guy who has done the service has done something wrong with the radiator and coolant is not staying. My engine was about to be seized, so I called the owner and resposne was I can't do anything, no point in calling me. Later when I mentioned i would escalate this issue further, the response was do whatever you want. Horrible customer service and terrible experience. Would not recommend at all.
