Upon following their return instructions, I discovered that the address they provided was incorrect, which caused the package to be sent back to me (see details comparing the provided address and the actual address on the parcel). Despite this mistake being entirely their fault, they refused to take full responsibility. Instead of issuing a full refund, they offered only partial compensation—25% in cash or 50% as store credit. I rejected both options, as I simply wanted my money back for an unusable product.

After repeatedly trying to persuade me to accept their inadequate compensation, they then claimed that a full refund was impossible because they had not received the returned parcel. However, rather than providing a fair resolution, they insisted on offering store credit as a way to force me into buying another low-quality product at an inflated price. If I attempted to resend the parcel, it would likely be bounced back again, as they would either refuse to accept it or leave it unclaimed—ensuring the return process would never be successfully completed (see bounced mail notice from the delivery company).

Additionally, they cleverly delayed returning the parcel until my PayPal dispute expired, preventing me from obtaining a refund through PayPal’s buyer protection.

In the end, I decided to tranh the dress and forfeit the total amount to avoid further loss of time, money, and frustration.

This kind of deceptive and unfair business practice makes shopping at soodress.com highly risky. If you value quality products and reliable customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer to prevent potential financial loss due to their impossible return process.
