send the same form email with NO RESOLUTION WHAT SO EVER. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. A PURE SCAMMER......

November. "[Name Removed]" still tells me she's waiting on a response from their fulfillment team. I think the team is full of [Content Removed]! My credit was charged right away when I ordered these covers. Dealing with Soothing Home has been a horrible experience, and I don't recommend purchasing anything on their website unless you just want to donate money to a shady business.

If I could give ZERO stars for my experience with Soothing Home, I would. After numerous phone calls and emails back and forth between myself and their "Customer Service", I still have nothing resolved. credit card as requested. It started with shipment delay after "creating the label", then went to declaring shipment being lost. I was told that it was reshipped and they would forward tracking info ASAP. Never heard from them, and evidently they never reshipped. I repeatedly got "canned" emails from their employees, stating that they understood my frustration, would look into it, and get back to me shortly. I am DONE with waiting on my items and have now had to demand a refund since they have not done so. I was able to order covers from a different company and received them within 2 days...AND, I like the color, texture and quality better. Soothing Home is an absolute fraud of a company.

They ghosted me on a return . All the cushions are in a drawer and I can’t use them . Best offer I had was to take a 50% refund . They would not address the issue at all - would not speak with me about the actual problem nor would they refund my purchase . Buyer beware !! They don’t have a refund policy .

CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW BUT PRODUCT IS GREAT – Ordered 2 sofa covers from this US based company that advertises heavily on Facebook. not a word - still waiting after 4 days of emailing each day. Can't comment on the product itself obviously but god help anyone who has any issues as customer support obviously DOES NOT EXIST. Very disappointed and do not recommend this company at all.

Just an update on this and have changed my review rating to 4 stars. Customer service finally responded after a week and I finally received the item. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit and can now happily recommend this company.
