Absolutely first class staff here to assist with parts. And when i went off to chase things up and then replied to their email, they were right on it. Even when they couldnt actually help me due to the age of the appliance, they made suggestions. Now i have decided to replace the appliance and they gave fair advice on not what to buy, but to look out for when buying. Why cant more people be like this??

Beware when calling – Called SOS appliances to fix my Miele washing machine which was not spinning my clothes properly They replaced the suspension, charged $317. The washing machine still not spinning my clothes properly and come out wet. They said it’s probably a different issue and eill charge me $179 just for the call out fee. unless it’s the same issue which it isn’t. They should have checked whether the machine was leaving clothes spun properly before leaving the first time. The only difference now is it doesn’t make a loud noise

Fantastic service – Superb repair from Matthew in fixing our oven. Kept me informed from the initial phone call including required parts and timings for completing the repair. Very efficient and professional in the repair and also installed a new light globe that stopped working years ago that we had forgotten about. Cannot recommend more highly.

Emergency Washing Machine Repair – Wow! Matthew was fantastic! I rang with my repair problem in the morning and he was there by lunchtime, promised to call beforehand with time of arrival. He rang and gave plenty of notice of arrival! He fixed the problem and also replaced a part which I thought I would need to order in but he had it on hand!
