Terrible customer service – They've sent me an incorrect invoice. They don't respond to emails and calls go to a message bank. Despite leaving a message they don't call back. After multiple attempts I finally made contact with someone who said they'd look into it but no further communication and the error still exists. I've resorted to contacting consumer affairs.
