The worst Ever – Buying the Policy online is so easy but what comes after is so horrible, the call centre team is the worst i had to deal with in my life, i lived in many countries i never had any problem with any insurance except this one. I called them since my boyfriend has been seriously injured and they said that he don't have any policy under his name, and after more than 15 min arguing with them on the phone they found it.... and i was authorised by him to follow up with them about his claims since he's so busy, when i called them about an inquiry, they say that he need to call them again because I'm authorised for some department and others not!!!!! God Sake how would someone professional say so? If a patient calls and ask to authorise someone how would he know that he should specify for all department within the same insurance!!! Just Stupid and time wasting. Also when he got injured and went to the hospital i called them to let them know the case, 10 hours later i called them about an inquiry and they don't even know that he's been hospitalized!!! Oups the lady didn't noted it on the system and so on so forth.....
The Worst Experience i wanted to buy one for me for my next year in NZ but NEEEVER.... I advise anyone who wants to buy a policy from them to think about it twice. And i advise the company to go throw all customers calls so they're aware of the lack of professionalism, maybe they can improve their service.
I think it's a shame that this kind of service is provided in New Zealand, It's seriously choking!!
