Wonderful Service Highly Recommend – Karen from Southland Conveyancing represented for me over the past two years on two property exchanges. She is very competent, a quick responder and honest. She'd often say to me, "Don't you worry about that, I'm here to do all the behind the scenes things for you, so you dont have to worry". Karen would understand if I'd be getting nervous about upcoming exchanges and she'd say, "It's ok, I've got everything covered", that was music to my ears. Settlements were on time and that's so very important. She'd take on the solicitors and big matters and that never bothered her. Her commitment goes above and beyond. Use this service, you will not be disappointed.

Residential property sale – Karen and Jo would be the only conveyancing company we will ever use. Their communication and thoroughness in every aspect of the property sale was above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend their professional services. Absolutely outstanding service.....

To avoid – I contacted them last year. They are far too greedy. Conveyancing fees are based on the expected value of the sale of the property plus the necessary certificates ~$300+ (Not negotiable - Government fees). In my case: $2000 for a value of $1million and the fees increase with the final value of the sale... no comments! Tip - solicitors are a lot cheaper nowadays. I found a firm asking for a total (conveyancing fees + certificates) of $1,100.00 no matter the final sale price of the property, payment on settlement date !!! Furthermore, this firm is very pushy to get you to sign a contract to start the searches for certificates straight away to "save time" (dixit). Research on the internet and don't be afraid to ask for the ALL including fees before signing anything. I learnt my lesson... by paying for the certificates and then cancelling the conveyancing deal with them.
