Great service, couldn’t fault them. Arrived on time, did the job, which was fitting a whole new ducted system to our house after old one broke down after 18 years. Great tradesmen, clean and neat and very approachable. Could not fault them and would recommend them without hesitation.
What a Mess – Obviously things have changed since the other reviews. I only leave reviews to tell others what to expect from a business so they are not disappointed. will be left clean and tidy with no mess to clean up afterwards". This was definitely not the case. I had one aircon moved and cleaned, one installed and another 2 cleaned. Was left with wet carpet and a mess wherever they had been in the house. Also broken parts off one of the aircons and it still has a funky smell coming out of it. Used the kitchen sink, that had dishes in it, instead of the laundry tub which was 3 steps further, to fill up the container for cleaning the aircons. They blamed us for the mess in the main room, even though we had only put a few screws in gyprock, not drilled a hole like they did. They said they offered a vacuum to clean it up, when in actual fact they offered to sweep it up with a dustpan and broom saying it would need to be vacuumed. Not much point in sweeping when we had to clean the rest of the house, including floors and the bed that they had used as a worktable and left wire cut offs on and which I'm still picking up 5 days later. Also, how rude is it to use someones bathroom without asking first, especially when you walked right past them, this is common courtesy. And yelling out from the upstairs bedroom to get help from my son who was downstairs. I have no doubt they will come back saying they did / didn't do this and that, however I have sent photos and also have it all on camera, so no lying about any of it. I was advised that two of the three were going to be given a formal warning letter, which I doubt. Also there were pieces of brick outside where they had drilled through the wall for installation, and left a hole in the wall. I notified them of the hole the following day as it needed to be repaired (not acceptable to Body Corporate) and it took another 3 days for them to come back to fix what should never have been left that way. I would not recommend this company if you value a clean home, good manners, honesty or if you don't want things broken and you don't want someone who will do half a job and then say "I'm done", so you have to tell them it's not complete and if you just don't want to listen to excuses for all of it. They keep saying they want to keep their customers happy. Well do the job properly in the first place.
Reliable service as always – Installation of sensor lights . Great workmanship and great service and always tidy up before leaving . This is the 3rd time I have used their service and they will take the trouble to listen to your feedback and provide what you need .

The additional air conditioning vent is fantastic and makes the system balance – The additional air vent was installed in the master bedroom that was made larger and needed more air supply to the bedroom, so now it is completely balanced and works just fine

Perfect - Cant be with out this now!! – Great service and reasonably priced! The staff are very friendly and came out on time. They fixed our aircon and even did a little electrical rewiring for us. We originally chose these guys because of all the positive reviews and we were glad we did!
