only have 2 or 5% stretchy (non-cotton) materials.
I already have plenty of department store “cotton rich” socks so I wanted to return these ones from Sox Magic. Jono wouldn’t take them back because they are a “change of mind”. The socks weren’t either of the categories detailed in the return policy that aren’t accepted as returns but the policy also says they might notify you at checkout that the items are not returnable and I can’t remember if I was notified at checkout or not.
Honestly, if a company won’t take your product back what does that say about their confidence in it / to sell it again!
I’ve learnt my lesson. No more buying socks I can’t physically feel before handing over the $.
Ordered 4 pairs of socks on Saturday 10th January. I then received a Tracking number for Courier Please. Put the letters and numbers in to then see it’s the wrong tracking number. Brought it up with Courier Please they said they haven’t even seen the parcel yet. How slow are Sox Magic. Today is the 15th January

terrible quality socks. The company deletes negative reviews from their website. Socks advertised as 80 % wool and 20% nylon. There is no way! These are cheap and made in [Content Removed]. Misleading marketing. "Pure cotton" socks are NOT 100% cotton, they contain plastics. All made in china, and look like they're dropshipped direct from there. No local branding or packaging, 90's MSpaint style graphics etc. Having your whole brand as "pure cotton", when they are not 100% cotton is very misleading. Show details
Follow-up · Follow up: socks honestly do not even feel like they have any cotton, and have found the exact same ones same branding logo everything on Wish for $2.50 each. It seems they’re just drop shipping them to Aussies. Very disappointing experience overall.

Low quality scam store. Strong petrochemical smell and I even got pure rabbit hair socks as part of there pure wool socks purchased. Not sure who supplies there reviews on the store, they must have received the pre-sale products
