*Warning* Stay well away from SP tools! They are cheap Chinese crap. I am an x mechanic and wanted a reasonable quality long handle 3/8 + 1/2 ratchet for home jobs. Pure crap, the first bolt I put the 3/8 ratchet on the teeth totally slipped! When I opened it up to look inside. Bone dry, no lube. Cheap/weak components. I just bought eBay Snapon ratchets for a bit more and they will outlast me! [Content Removed] Parts put Together. Say no to Chinese Crap

Beware Sp tools – Avoid SP Tools!! Cheapest plastic construction and quick to blame the customer for failures caused by bad design and workmanship. They also make all they claims under the sun such as ‘Lifetime warranty on all hand tools’, except they refuse to honor their claims. [Name Removed] who handled my warranty claim not only insisted my broken tape was the result of impact when it is obvious from the photos that I sent that the exterior is in brand new condition but also has terrible customer service skills and has single handed turned me off Sp Tools for life. Save your money for a tool company who can make reliable products and who looks after its customers. Cheaply made✅ Bogus claims of quality ✅ Rude and unprofessional ✅ Avoids approving warranty claims✅ Expensive ✅
