Wrong order and no options to get my order. Refund unfair – They sent the wrong order and didn't provide options to replace it , and refunded the goods but not the delivery order. I tried to contact them and they were systematic and unfair to me on the resolution. Too bad honestly, pretty bad service for the good products they normally have. Looks good but doesn't deliver on promise – Spa Ceylon has a gorgeous shop in the QVB Sydney where I bought a Royal Lotus perfume, which is lovely. and gluggy with an unpleasant and lingering smell of tea tree. I haven't tried the scrub but I'm disappointed. I contacted them about the creme perfume with no smell but had no reply.
