pick service so you are stuck with the delivery service. Take your money as soon as order is processed and not when dispatched.

They are very friendly and very competent, and goods are excellent – I originally rang them because they had Vortex products and thought they may know who sold Vortex spas or if there was more than one company that did. staff highly enough. Kyra, I love you! However, after the delivery of the spa and my first question after having the handover, I did question the chlorine and how to check it. I told them I was told to put in 60 grams per day and I didn't like to do it because i could smell the chlorine. I queried this and got a reply that I was meant to be putting in SIX GRAMS I mean, seriously? ROFL. The bottle even says daily dose 10 GRAMS PER 1000 litres. Now, that was unimpressive and the first negative experience I've had (if someone else had been told that, that didn't understand the spa essentials, it could have led to serious hygiene issues). All other staff were great. Products otherwise came v quickly and even the handover guy recommended the goods.

No contact. Poor company. No Google reviews? – Five days later, my order is still at “picking” status. What are you doing? What are your staff doing? It’s just a chemical product? Terrible – This has been the worst online purchase experience. An incompetent company with rude staff. Ignore your correspondence until you initiate a refund. Then not even a sorry! The only positive reviews are from people who think they will get a $100 voucher with another review site.

message. They called back the next day and were more than willing to refund the money to my account if I sent the part back to them (at my expense - which is fair). They immediately sent me a mail-return label via e-mail to attach to the package and the money was promptly refunded to my account when they received the part. Their staff were friendly and very helpful.
